About Bradley
Nearly forty years of helping people become who they're capable of
Bradley Hall is a speaker, author, educator, trauma recovery coach, and the creator of the Hall Human Development System. His work explores how experience shapes identity, perception, adaptation, and choice, and how awareness helps people take a more conscious part in what they become next.
He started coaching athletics in 1987 and went on to coach at every level, with national championships along the way. Coaching athletes led to personal training and nutrition consulting for adults, which led to life coaching, and then, in 2018 and alongside his own NPE discovery, to trauma recovery coaching. Nearly forty years on, the work has moved from the body, to the life, to the identity underneath both.
Examined Living brings that work into one place: his courses, his podcast conversations, guided practices, written resources, and a live community built around the same questions.
CTRC-S trauma recovery coach and IAOTRC faculty and approved supervisor. M.A. in Depth Psychology, Pacifica Graduate Institute. Retired firefighter and EMT. Navy Hospital Corpsman. President of the NPE Network Board. Creator of NPE Awareness Month and the NPE Virtual Summits. Author of Being Blessed Is a Choice and The Personal Power Playbook.
