Conversations That Challenge Assumptions and Inspire Transformation
Bradley Hall speaks on trauma adaptation, identity disruption, mindfulness, personal responsibility, and the conscious reconstruction of self after life-altering change.
Invite Bradley to SpeakLife Changes Us. The Question Is What We Do Next.
Trauma, loss, betrayal, recovery, unexpected discovery, and major life transitions have the power to disrupt the stories we tell ourselves about who we are.
While these experiences are often painful, they also present an opportunity to examine the beliefs, adaptations, and identities we have unconsciously constructed throughout our lives.
My presentations invite audiences to move beyond survival and self-limitation, develop greater awareness, and participate more consciously in who they become next.
